SA work directly with corporate clients looking for temporary accommodation in Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire and also offer short-term lets for contractors and key workers with stays of up to 6 months.
What is the process ?
Property is let to us on company let agreement.
- Our company is responsible for any damages and payments.
- Company directors become guarantor for any payments.
- Property is being advertised on Booking.com, Airbnb.com and other sites.
- Rent is always paid on time no matter what.
- Parties, smoking is not allowed in the properties. T&C are signed before arrival.
- Any guests can be immediately evict from property if needed as this is not their main place of residency. This is not possible with tenants.
- Property is always in show room condition
- Property is being cleaned and inspected regularly.
